Yufuin Half-Day Trip

Rated as the most dreamy vacation destination by Japanese netizens⛱️, Yufuin is located in Oita Prefecture, Kyushu. You can reach it by taking the JR train. Upon arrival, you can start exploring the shopping street on both sides and take a leisurely walk to the famous Kinrin Lake at the back. Kinrin Lake gets its name from the golden, fish-scale-like reflections created by sunlight on the water. There's also a torii gate on the lake, making it a perfect spot for stunning photos!

We recommend purchasing the JR PASS for Northern Kyushu, which allows you to reserve a seat on the special Yufuin train—definitely worth trying!
