- Scenic Area Planning: Comprises six major sections: the core scenic area of Ancient Architecture Eight-School Garden, Puyang Old Street, Zexi Garden, Yunchong Garden, Liqin Garden, and Xiang Garden.

  - Rich ancient architectural resources: Gathers 257 ancient buildings rescued and physically relocated from across China, featuring diverse architectural types including pavilions, towers, palaces, official halls, ancestral temples, and monasteries. The architectural styles blend eight major schools: Huizhou, Shanxi, Beijing, Fujian, Zhejiang, Suzhou, Sichuan, and Tibetan.
  - Beautiful natural scenery: Xiangyun Bay's winding waters outline eight lakes, eight islands, and eight scenic spots, where natural landscapes and ancient architecture complement each other, creating a tranquil and harmonious atmosphere.
  - Comprehensive facilities: Plans include a 3.2-kilometer water route, a 10,000-square-meter water performance venue, and a 3.6-kilometer land route. Additionally, 86 homestays representing the eight architectural schools have been built, and the Lakeside Grand Hotel opened in 2024.
