Little Potala Palace

The Ganden Sumtseling Monastery, commonly called the "Little Potala Palace", is located in Shangri-La (formerly Zhongdian) in Yunnan Province, China. The nickname comes from its architectural resemblance to the famous Potala Palace in Lhasa, Tibet, though it is smaller in scale.
