✎ Tips

🍶 About 60,000 tons of spring water flows out of the area around Mt. Kurino after filtering through the ground for many years. It is also used as water for the town of Yusui.

The water is extremely clear, and on sunny days the water surface reflects the sky, and on cloudy days the greenery shines through. You can even see the sand and microorganisms at the bottom of the water.

In spring, it is a famous spot for cherry blossoms, and in early summer (late May to early June), it is a spot for viewing Genji fireflies. You can view them along the promenade called "Seseragi no Michi" (from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.)

**In early September, the "Maruike Thanksgiving Evening" is held, and about 1,000 bamboo lanterns are floating, and the pond is fantastically lit up.

🎋 The brook path, observation plaza, and resting arbor are well-maintained, making it a great place for strolling, playing in the water, and taking photos. The "Keiruma" shop also offers local specialties and drinks (water and coffee)
