#Sitting and Making Seafood Donburi Specialty Restaurant specializes in fresh, direct-from-home seafood and a variety of rice bowl combinations. They have several locations in Taoyuan, including two in Zhongli District.
🧂 Ordering comes with complimentary miso soup, and refills are free! There are tofu and kelp versions, as well as seafood versions.

🔸The exterior features Japanese-style wooden sliding doors and traditional lanterns.
🔸The interior features wooden tables and chairs, red walls, hanging paintings, and sake bottle ornaments, creating a tranquil dining environment with a rich Japanese atmosphere.

I had three bowls this time:
1️⃣Sitting and Making Chihuo Donburi (TWD 520)
This deluxe combo features fresh, hearty ingredients.
It features a variety of sashimi, including salmon, tuna, and sweet shrimp, sliced to the perfect thickness, and seared scallops. Add to that fish roe and tamagoyaki, and it's perfect for those who enjoy a little bit of everything.

2️⃣ Super Value Sashimi Donburi (TWD 240)
For under TWD 300, you can enjoy a variety of fish cuts and toppings, perfect for those on a tight budget.

3️⃣ Xiangyang Five-Color Donburi (TWD 390)
The ingredients are diced, topped with a raw egg yolk, and stirred to create a rich, rich coating on the rice. Avocado and chopped crab add a richness to the overall flavor.

I like that the rice here isn't too sour and has just the right amount of flavor.
