On the first day of staying in the executive king room of #Zhongshan Lihe Westin Hotel, we came to the hotel lobby. However, we were disappointed that no one offered to provide luggage service. As a 5 star hotel we expected a high level of service but this was disappointing.

Due to the lack of staff at the front desk, the check-in time was relatively long, resulting in a long queue. It took us about half an hour to complete the check-in procedures. This waiting time made us miss the afternoon tea time provided by the hotel. Although we did not complain or complain about this, the hotel staff offered to let us check out later until 2:30pm so that the baby could rest a little longer.

When we wanted to go to the hotel pool, we were told that we needed to wear a swimming cap to enter. However, we were not aware of this rule in advance and therefore did not bring our swimming caps. The hotel staff told us that we could buy it on site.

In the hotel's children's playroom, we found the place was small and there were food residues and other unknown debris on the play mat, giving us a feeling of not being cleaned and disinfected. For this reason, we were afraid to let the baby crawl on it. This made us worried about the sanitary environment of the hotel.

In the morning we went to the hotel's buffet breakfast restaurant. Although it seemed that there was a lot of variety in the food, in fact, the food was very basic and there were no surprises. In addition, the restaurant was crowded and made us feel a little uncomfortable.

From the positive point of view, the environment of Zhongshan Lihe Westin Hotel is really good and leaves a deep impression. The executive king room we stayed in was very spacious, providing enough space for us and our baby to move around and rest. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the room window.

All in all, our experience staying at the Westin Zhongshan Guzhen was not entirely satisfactory. In terms of service, the hotel lacks luggage service and check-in is inefficient. At the same time, the sanitary environment of the playroom needs to be improved. However, we were somewhat relieved that the hotel took the initiative to extend our checkout time after realizing our distress. The hotel's breakfast buffet is simple, but the quality of the food is acceptable. I hope the hotel can improve and enhance its service level and provide a better stay experience.
