NAGOMI Japanese Cuisine Feast: A Japanese Journey of Quality and Slow Food

The first time I tasted the soy sauce broth at Uosakai Ramen, I was struck by a feeling of "Ah, that's it!" It wasn't the kind of overpowering saltiness that overwhelmed the ingredients, but rather a subtle, clean, sweet soy sauce aroma that made every sip beg for more.
The noodles were also excellent, with a nice chew but not tough. Paired with the thick-cut chashu pork, it was my ideal ramen. I'm not usually a soup drinker, but I finished this whole bowl.
The overall atmosphere was comfortable—simple yet clean. While eating ramen, I just wanted to focus on the pure flavor. It's not a tourist attraction, but it left me so satisfied that I almost didn't want to share it with too many people.
