Yijiang Street Food Recommendation | Ayuan Pancake, recommended by locals for its rich fillings and half-fried method.

I came to Ayuan Pancakes located on Yijiang Street in Zhongshan District. It was highly recommended by a friend of mine who works at Teijin. There are both salty and sweet flavors. The salty ones have scallions, cabbage, leeks, and shredded radish, while the sweet ones are red beans. In addition, they also sell soy milk and black tea drinks to relieve the greasiness 😎
The outer skin tastes a bit like the soft texture of mochi, and a bit crispy, with a lot of fillings inside. The price is really worth it👍🏻
