Hidden Coastal Swing at Houpi: A Secret Scenic Spot

The Houpi Coastal Swing in Zhuangwei, Yilan, is a low-key yet charming hidden gem. Built along a bike path, the route is accessible by car and motorcycle, but the narrow road makes passing difficult.

There are many small paths leading to the beach along the way. Just walk into any of them to step on the soft sand and feel the sea breeze. The coastline here is relatively pristine and undeveloped, maintaining its original appearance.

You can often see people driving directly onto the beach. It is recommended to visit on weekdays when there are fewer tourists.
