Summer vacation is almost over, and I wanted to find a nearby island to take the kids. I discovered that Guishan Island in Zhuhai seems pretty good, so we decided to go🚗.

Transportation: Drive for 1 hour to Zhuhai Xiangzhou Port, and then take a 50-minute boat ride directly to Guishan Island. Regular cabin costs 100💰/person, free for children under 6🆓. ⚠️ Remember to buy tickets in advance and bring your ID!

Accommodation: We chose the 'Holiday Inn Express Guishan Island' by the IHG group, which is very close to the pier and offers 🆓 shuttle service!

Highly recommend the Finding Nemo-themed family room, equipped with a slide, building blocks, and even a bathtub🛁. The sea view terrace is also a perfect spot to watch the sunset.
