~ Beishan Village ~ Dialogue with ancient buildings ~

#Zhuhai Attractions

Beishan Village brought me back to decades ago in an instant. The pairs of well-preserved red brick and green tile buildings told of the glory of the past. These buildings are like old grandfathers and grandmothers, recording history with their wrinkles. I can't help but want to chat with them. What year was your youth?

The alleys in the village are winding, and you can discover small details that are often overlooked as you walk. For example, in an era when information was not well circulated, villagers actually used these wide doorways to showcase their exquisite stone carving skills. Each door tells a story, and I can't help but wonder, if these doors could talk, they might silently tell me: "Don't get too close, don't be shy, come in and chat!"

Take in the quaint atmosphere at the small square in the center of the village. Suddenly, the old banyan tree next to the pavilion looked at me meaningfully like a Zen master. It seemed to be telling me: "Come and see, there are countless things waiting here." I laughed immediately. It turns out that even trees have the philosophy of waiting.

The beauty of Beishan Village lies not only in its architecture, but also in the leisurely life here that blends with nature. It is more like enjoying a date with the ancient atmosphere than traveling. This kind of atmosphere made me think: Maybe one day, I will become a tree, silently observing everything around me, smiling and waiting for people to come and chat.
