The chef maintains a balanced menu and preserves the food's natural flavors. While the food was a bit bland for me, there were also chili oil and vinegar dressings on the table. The handmade bread was delicious with olive oil and vinegar, or even just the grilled fish sauce. The best part is the speed of service; the food is served at the pace of the diners, ensuring it doesn't get too cold and lose its flavor. Western food is all about eating and drinking slowly!
