🌇 Tai'an Road 🌇
Tai'an Road is a scenic avenue in Heping District, Tianjin, running east-west. It stretches 930 meters from Taierzhuang Road on the western bank of the Hai River in the east to Nanjing Road in the west, intersecting with Jiefang North Road, Dagu North Road, Zhejiang Road, Jianshe Road, and Hubei Road along the way. It runs parallel to Qufu Road and Yantai Road on its north and south sides, respectively.
Originally named Meadours Road, Tai'an Road was once the heart of Tianjin’s British Concession. Along the street, you’ll find landmarks like the Astor Hotel, Jiefang North Garden (formerly Victoria Garden), the Tianjin Municipal Committee building (originally the Kailuan Mining Administration Building), and the Anglican Church.
