An hour from the city center, in the small port town of Hayama along Morito Coast, we found LAMARÉE, a long-established French restaurant and cafe founded in 1977. The white Western-style building that seems to float on the sea is a special place that you will want to drop in to during your trip.

🌟 Why do we recommend it?

• A location that is one with the sea: The view of Sagami Bay from the terrace is a blissful time where the quiet sunlight and the sound of the waves soak into your heart. You can spend a relatively relaxing time on weekday afternoons.

• Casual but authentic: The first floor is a café brasserie with a focus on ala carte dishes. You can also enjoy dishes that make use of seafood and Miura vegetables, as well as original cocktails.

• A luxurious dish that makes you feel the sea: The specialty bouillabaisse, seasonal French cuisine, and sweets made with seasonal fruits are all masterpieces that will satisfy your eyes and your tongue.

• Access: 15 minutes by bus from Zushi Station, immediately outside the "Abuzuri" bus stop, or 10 minutes by car from Zushi IC. Parking available (15 spaces).
• Business hours:
1F Café – Brasserie: 11:30-14:30 (last orders) / 14:30-17:30 (cafe) / 17:30-21:00 (dinner)
2F Restaurant (course menu available): 11:30-16:00 (last orders 14:00) / 17:30-21:00 (last orders 19:30)
Closed: Mondays and the second Tuesday of every month (the following weekday if a public holiday falls on a Monday)

• Best time to visit: The best time to visit is around lunchtime on weekdays. Reservations are required on weekends.
• Recommended menu: On the first floor, try a light meal like bouillabaisse or a wrap sandwich, and on the second floor, try a course menu suitable for an anniversary.
• A moment at the seaside: "The sound of the waves," "The blue through the window," "Reading while sipping a cocktail..." This is a place that will slowly bring your travel tempo back to normal.
