"donkey friends" who have a fever seem to have a common saying: most of those who have been to Tibet will have a desire to go again, because the scenery there not only gives people a pleasant intoxication, but more importantly, the environment and atmosphere there. It can give people a strong spiritual shock! ——So some "donkey friends" said that Tibet is the destination of their souls.
——Daocheng, this pure land known as the "last Shangri-La", gives me the same feeling as the "donkey friends".
The first time I went to Daocheng was in October in the golden autumn of two years ago, when I crashed into the Aden Nature Reserve like Grandma Liu and was stunned to appreciate the holy majesty of the three snow-capped mountains, the only word that could describe my mood at that time was "shocked"! ——So, I desperately "murdered" the film like a rookie, and when I got home, I printed out the photo, and I was proud to hold it to the "prawns" to "axe", but I got a sentence that almost made me lose my breath: This is the worst photo taken in Inaocheng.
——Whenever it was quiet at night, I took out those photos and analyzed them carefully, and I finally accepted the fact that they were "the worst photos taken in Daocheng", so I secretly made up my mind that I would definitely go to Daocheng again!
After a year, the opportunity finally came.
In October last year, I led a group of high-fever "donkey friends" from Taiwan to Daocheng and Aden Nature Reserve again. ——To say that they are high-fever "donkey friends", on the one hand, because they are all older, the oldest one is 72 years old, and age itself is a severe test in a high-altitude area like Daocheng; On the other hand, they have all kinds of "guys" for photography, carrying Hasselblad, Lulai or Laika like long guns and short cannons, and even 4*5, compared to the Nikon in my hand, it seems much smaller.
We traveled from Zhongdian in Yunnan to Daocheng via the township of Sichuan:
October11, 6:30 from KunmingThe morning flight went to the capital of Yunnan Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, which has been renamed "Shangri-La", and stayed at the local highest-star Longfengxiang Hotel. The altitude here is 3,300 meters, and people from low-altitude areas like Taiwan will choose a period of rest and adaptation before they can start their activities.
At around 10 o'clock in the morning, we went to the famous Bitahai Nature Reserve. Frankly speaking, Bita Sea did not leave much impression on us, one is to visit Bita Sea through the road that is now open, and the tour angle of the whole landscape is not good: after driving more than 40 kilometers, then walk two or three kilometers of forest plank road, and finally come to the beach of Bita Sea. The particularly narrow angle makes it impossible to overlook the beautiful scenery of Bita Sea, let alone the wooded island in the middle of the lake. Tourists came here with great difficulty, as if just to see a small area of water that was calm, and at most they took a boat to go in and go home. And when I first came to Bita Sea a few years ago, we entered from another road, of course, the journey was more difficult than the current one, or horseback riding, or walking, it took more than three hours, but when we arrived at Bita Sea, the green forest was lush and leafy, the clear and clear lake water rippled gently under the breeze, and the small island in the center of the lake was vividly visible, blending with the surrounding lake and mountains.
At around five o'clock in the afternoon, we came to the Xiaozhongdian grassland between Shangri-La and Lijiang, trying to take pictures of the fiery wolf poison [a very ornamental plant] with the setting sun, unfortunately the wolf poison has passed the blooming season, according to the local Tibetans, September in late summer and early autumn is the most brilliant time for wolf poison.
In 2002, the Yunnan Provincial Government spent money on building highways is said to be the first in the country, so the road from Shangri-La to Xiaozhongdian is built flat and wide, with good visibility, and even if the speed is 100 yards per hour, there will be no discomfort.
The next day, October 12, I felt that the biggest gain was to visit the capital lake.
The capital lake is located more than 30 kilometers southeast of Shangri-La County, about an hour's drive away.
The lake is not big, and there are clusters of golden aquatic plants swaying in the wind in the quiet lake, which adds to the tranquility of the lake, plus a few soft rays of sunlight scatter diagonally, creating an atmosphere of high sky and clouds, such an atmosphere, of course, consumes a lot of our film.
If you have a "fever" plot for photography, Lake is a must-visit.
On this day, we also visited the Songzanglin Temple, the largest Tibetan Buddhist temple in Yunnan, known as the "Little Potala Palace". However, its scale and momentum are much worse than the Sangpi Temple that has just been completed in the township of Sichuan.
Of course, the food from all over the world will always be the focus of our attention, but tasting Tibetan oil tea is a rare delicacy for those who can eat it, and it is a rare experience for those who cannot.
On October 13, after two days of wandering around Shangri-La, we drove to the township of Sichuan. It should be said that the more than 200 kilometers from Shangri-La to the township is the most difficult to walk on our entire trip: the narrow dirt road is dusty and bumpy. ——Perhaps at the junction of Yunnan and Sichuan, no one is willing to contribute a little more to the smoothness of the road, making this road the most "perfect" embodiment of local protectionism.
It took almost a day for us to arrive in the township of Sichuan from Shangri-La in Yunnan. On the one hand, the road conditions are too poor; On the other hand, the scenery along the way is really beautiful and dizzying.
From Shangri-La to the township, you have to climb over the snow-capped mountains with altitudes of 4,220 meters and 4,870 meters respectively, and pass by the Shangri-La Canyon, which is known as the "hiker's paradise" that "donkey friends" must mention. If Tiger Leaping Gorge, one of the world's four major canyons, is famous for its majestic beauty and majesty, Shangri-La Canyon shows people a beautiful and quiet, soft and pleasant person. Shangri-La Canyon is more than 60 kilometers long, and the whole canyon gives people a feeling of deep tranquility. A cheerful babbling stream always accompanies the sheep intestine trail in the canyon. Walking into it, sometimes what hits you is the towering and steep rocks, crushing you as if you are about to suffocate, the light at the bottom of the entire valley is very dim, and the sunlight shines tenaciously on the path through the swaying leaves, looking colorful; Sometimes it suddenly opens up, and what is displayed in front of you is one large and small alpine meadow after another, under the sunny blue sky, colorful flowers bloom happily on the breezy grassland, which makes people suddenly feel refreshed and refreshed.
However, hiking Shangri-La Canyon should be a very hard job, although its road conditions are not as difficult and dangerous as Tiger Leaping Gorge, but there are almost no villages settled by local Tibetans in the entire canyon, so you can't expect help, and it is definitely necessary to bring your own rations and tents. Those who like loneliness, or like to get close to nature in a lonely way, choose this place as an ideal place for hiking, and you will definitely be able to experience what a "hiker's paradise" is.
In addition to Shangri-La Canyon and the large and small snow-capped mountains, the beautiful scenery along the way - especially in late autumn, bathed in the sun, large areas of golden trees - attracted us to stop again and again to take pictures. When I arrived in the countryside, it was already twilight.
The hotel with the best conditions in the countryside should be the Bam Mountain Hotel, which is almost a two-star standard. Because it is the only one, its housing prices remain high, and the group price of a double standard room is also 180 yuan/room, day.What is particularly inconvenient is that the entire township and county, including the Bam Mountain Hotel, often have water outages, and it is really regrettable and even annoying that you cannot enjoy the bath after the fatigue of the trip in the room for more than 180 yuan. ── Located two or three hundred meters below the Bam Mountain Hotel, there is a Bam River that flows endlessly around the county seat, and it is really incredible why the county town often stops water.
Thetownship area can also be regarded as a transportation artery in a remote area in southwest Sichuan: about 200 kilometers northwest from the county seat, it is the "Sun Valley" Derong full of mysterious legends and Tibetan customs, and the just-completed asphalt road is in good condition, which will definitely attract a large number of tourists; More than 200 kilometers to the southwest, it is the world-famous Shangri-La in Yunnan; Nearly 200 kilometers to the northeast, we are going to Daocheng. The Bam Mountain in Xiangcheng County is an undeveloped nature reserve, it is more than 100 kilometers away from the county seat, the road is very difficult, the road and tour take three or five days, and there are no reception conditions. According to the director of the Xiangcheng County Tourism Bureau, the natural environment and natural scenery in that place that has not yet been polluted by people are so beautiful that they will linger. It seems that I have another excuse to find an opportunity to wander around.
During your stay in the township, the most noteworthy thing is to visit the newly completed Sangpi Temple. Its magnificent architecture, exquisite carvings, and statues of gods in all directions are a must-have in the local area. Sampi Temple is located on a hillside not far from the county seat, climbing up the steps, standing in front of the gate of Sampi Temple, the whole township and county seat have a panoramic view. Looking at the hall supported by 72 large pillars more than 30 meters high, the exquisite red and yellow ornaments are bright and eye-catching, and the golden and brilliant statues, the ever-bright butter lamps, lifelike murals and the magnificent chanting sound are integrated, which adds to the solemnity and mystery of the Sampi Temple. This monastery, which is far from the size and architectural level of Songzanglin Temple, allowed us to spend more than four hours taking pictures non-stop, or happily taking pictures.
I was even lucky enough to visit the presiding officer of Samphi Monastery, the room of a young living Buddha who now lives in Switzerland, led by a friendly little lama. The living Buddha's room is never open to the public, and the room is enshrined with large color photographs of the living Buddha, and most of the daily necessities on display are made of pure gold, and the whole room is luxuriously furnished and has many treasures, which is breathtaking. After taking some photos of the living Buddha's room that should be cherished, I silently withdrew with a reverent mood, just as I had when I came in.
I remember that the road from Township to Daocheng was extremely difficult to walk the year before last, but I didn't expect that after a year, this road was too good to be believed. ——It seems that the people of Sichuan have finally understood the simple and absolute truth that "if you want to get rich, you must first build roads". Some Sichuan friends joked that Sichuan's developable tourism resources are not inferior to Yunnan's, and the reason why Yunnan's tourism industry is developed is because of the development of transportation. There is some truth to this, because the number of airports in Yunnan Province ranks first in the country; The government invested in road construction ranked first in the country in 2002. This year, the Yunnan provincial government still vowed to strengthen investment in transportation development.
On October 14, we set off from the township to Daocheng, and it didn't take long for us to walk nearly 200 kilometers from the township to Daocheng. The scenery along the way is much inferior to the scenery from Shangri-La to the township, and on the way you have to climb over a snow-capped mountain called "Unnamed Mountain" at an altitude of 4,680 meters.
At about 12 a.m., we arrived at the county seat of Daocheng County. The county seat is very small, and it can be described as a "slap bigger place", which can be said to be not too much at all, and there is nothing worth visiting in the county. But not far from the county seat, there are two famous attractions: one is the "red grassland" in the northwest of the county seat, where excellent "beautiful" photos can be taken when the weather, light, season and other factors are suitable. It can be said that this is one of the most representative attractions in Daocheng, many people know Daocheng from here, and many people's award-winning works are from this small "red grassland".It's a pity that I came late both times, and the best season to shoot "Red Meadow" is September; The other is the "Riverside/Sera Scenic Area" 5 to 20 kilometers away from the county seat, which is the only way for Daocheng to Aden, scattered between the dry fields and the river with rows of beautiful poplar trees, especially suitable for taking pictures in the morning and evening when the light shines obliquely, if there is a faint morning fog in the morning, or the smoke is filled at dusk, such a beautiful and charming pastoral scenery, It's impossible not to shoot well. In addition, about 7 or 8 kilometers southeast of Daocheng, there is a hot spring called "Rubuchaka", and most tourists will come here to wash away their fatigue before leaving Daocheng after finishing their arduous tour of Aden.
After lunch in the county seat, we rushed to the first destination of this trip - Aden Nature Reserve!
I still didn't expect the road from Daocheng to Aden to be built so well, and the more than 80 kilometers of road that took nearly six hours to complete a year ago now takes less than three hours. That night, we did not go all the way to the gate of the Aden Nature Reserve, that is, the Longlongba Reception Center, but camped in Riwa Township, not far from the reserve, and stayed at the famous Green Field Aden Hotel, because in the area of Zhiwa and Aden, except for the Longlongba Reception Center has a newly completed but expensive Sanmu Hotel, the conditions here are the best. This hostel has four to six people, charging about 30 yuan per bed, the sanitary conditions are not bad, the level of food is not bad in that kind of place, especially happy and surprising, there can be hot water to take a bath here, the proprietress said, because it has just been turned on, now you can boil water with electricity to meet the hygiene needs of guests.
Early the next morning, we stepped into the Aden Nature Reserve with great interest!
Perhaps it is God's special favor for me, yesterday, there were snowflakes floating in this area, but today it has become clear and blue, which can be described as "very good":
The whole sky is as clean as if it has been washed by water, a blue color, without a trace of clouds, snow-capped snow-capped mountains, crystal clear snowmelt, tall and straight shirt trees, colorful leaves, winding clear streams, golden and soft grass, bright and warm sunshine, fresh and cool air ......, all of which constitute the main landscape of the Aden Nature Reserve.
The scenic spots in the entire reserve can be divided into two parts: the first part is mainly concentrated in the walking area of about 10 kilometers from Chonggu Temple to Luorong Cattle Farm, the altitude of this area is between 3800-4500 meters, in this scenic spot, Tourists can enjoy the majesty of the three legendary snow-capped mountains, these three thunderous snow-capped mountains are Xian Nai Ri, known as "Guanyin Bodhisattva" at an altitude of 6,032 meters, Xia Ruo Dorji, known as "Vajra Hand Bodhisattva" at an altitude of 5,958 meters, and Yang Maiyong, known as "Manjushri Bodhisattva" at an altitude of 5,958 meters; The attractions in the second part are mainly the five-color sea at an altitude of more than 5,000 meters, the milk sea and the emerald thousand-year-old glacier of Yangmaiyong. However, tourists are generally not allowed to visit here, and the scenic spot claims that the altitude is too high and too dangerous. It is said that tourists have disappeared here.
Entering the reserve, the first thing you see is the Chonggu Temple, which is a Tibetan Yellow Buddhist temple, but unfortunately it has been seriously damaged, a ruined wall, and the age of the temple can no longer be investigated.
At an altitude of 3,880 meters, Chongkoji Temple is the best place to see the snowy mountains of Sennairi. Standing on the roof of Chonggu Temple, the majestic Xian Nai Ri is like a huge barrier, spanning in front of you, looking up, the white snow looks particularly crystal clear and transparent under the sun, standing in front of Xian Nai Ri, I believe that all people will have a deep understanding of the word "small". At the foot of Chonggu Temple is a stream formed by the melting of snow water, winding and clear, holding it up and taking a sip, sweet, cool, and refreshing.
Not far forward, there is an alpine meadow surrounded by flowing water, standing in it, looking up, against the backdrop of the panicked blue sky, Xia Ruo Dorji Snow Mountain is like a sharp sword piercing the sky, straight white snow peaks and golden tree shadows are reflected in the ponds of water and grass,—— such a beautiful scenery is really heart-wrenching! I believe that the only thing people can do in such a beautiful scenery is to admire it infatuatedly, enjoy it quietly, contemplate it and take pictures beautifully......
When we are at an altitude of 3800-4500On the rugged mountain road, when I walked to the Luorong Cattle Farm panting, my eyes suddenly lit up: Yang Maiyong, the most beautiful and beautiful of the three snow-capped mountains, suddenly jumped into our eyes: Yang Maiyong's mountain shape is very much like a horse holding its head high and ascending to the sky, and it seems that if you don't pay attention, it will disappear. Standing in Luorong Cattle Farm, the highest camp in this reserve, the whole picture is full of Yang Mai's brave and steep heroic posture, and snowy peaks, glaciers, forests, red leaves, grasslands, streams, waterfalls, wooden bridges, cooking smoke, felt canopies, temples, prayer flags, and the clean and scorching sunlight ...... of the snowy plateau, in addition to desperately "burning" film and passion, what else can we do? !
That night, we stayed in the tent of the Luorong Cattle Farm. Chase Shop, 25 yuan per person per bed, here is more than 4,300 meters above sea level, the highest campsite in the reserve. Dinner cost more than 300 yuan, asked the boss to roast a whole sheep for us, and at a price of 25 yuan per bowl, I bought several bowls of boiled cabbage and vegetarian soup from the boss, one meat and one vegetarian, with a unique flavor. However, when you sleep at night, you will encounter trouble, because the altitude is too high, or mild or heavy, almost everyone cannot sleep. Some people got up at three or four o'clock in the middle of the night, but saw a very beautiful scene: the huge and bright moon gradually set in the west, Yang Maiyong was like a well-behaved baby, falling asleep sweetly under the gentle touch of the silver moonlight, the earth was white, all sounds were silent, the tranquility of the soul, and the harmony of all things in nature, it seemed that at this moment, the perfect state of the unity of heaven and man had been reached.
——This other unique scenery shown by Yang Maiyong to people seems to be more evocative .......
On the second night in the reserve, we stayed at the Chonggu Temple camp, which was also a tent, a bunk, and 25 yuan per person per bed. At the Chonggu Temple Camp, you can take pictures of the sunrise, sunset and moonlit night scene of Xiannai Day, but it is obviously slightly inferior to Luorong Cattle Farm and Yangmai Yonglai.
After completing the first goal of the trip, the Aden Nature Reserve, October 19On the same day, we set off from Inagi City and headed to Shintobashi, which is known as the "Photographer's Paradise". Xinduqiao is located in Kangding County, western Sichuan, where the birch trees are very distinctive, in late autumn, the sky is high and the clouds are light, the dark mountains in the distance are undulating, the nearby birch leaves are crystal clear and transparent under the sunlight, and the golden leaves have become the object of photographers' desperate pursuit, whether it is a close-up, a long shot, or a close-up, a full picture, there are gratifying pictures everywhere, with a step by step to describe the scenery here, it should be said that it is not an exaggeration at all. Such a view is enough to make the new bridge a paradise for photographers, and for fever "donkey friends", this is a place that must be pilgmatd.
However, the environment of Xinduqiao is terrible, if the plastic garbage flying all over the sky is unbearable, then the telephone poles erected horizontally and vertically make the "donkey friends" angry. Many times, a beautiful composition is often killed by these damn telephone poles. The Xindu Bridge and the Three Gorges Dam in front of them seem to be the result of people's pursuit of economic benefits.
The accommodation conditions in Xinduqiao are also not good, and it seems to be worse than the Green Field Aden Hotel in Aden. The first Zangzhuang of Xinduqiao Kangba where we stayed is probably the best inn in the local area, more than a dozen people squeezed into a room to sleep in the chase shop, 25 yuan per bed, only hot water for washing and freshly boiled, and the food is difficult to swallow because of the high altitude or poor craftsmanship. ——Fortunately, our group of passers-by only stayed for one night.
On October 20, as planned, he went to Danba County from Xinduqiao via Tagong and Bamei. The journey is more than 100 kilometers and takes more than six hours.
The main attraction today is to visit Thagong Temple and Thagong/Bamei Grassland. After feeling the shock of the township of Sangpi Temple and then looking at Tagong Temple, it is obvious that there is nothing worth reminiscing, but there is a statue of "Thousand-Handed Guanyin" in Tagong Temple, but it is very exquisite and worth appreciating. As for the Tagong/Bamei grassland, there is no magnificence as imagined, you can just pass by here, maybe in summer, the blue sky, white clouds and green grass: "The white clouds float in the blue sky, and the horses run ...... under the white clouds", which will definitely constitute a more beautiful picture than now. From Yami to Damba, you have to pass through a nature reserve, in which a beautiful canyon called "Beauty Valley" is hidden. The Beauty Valley is about 20 kilometers long, the car runs at the bottom of the valley, on both sides are steep and towering cliffs, the roadside is the endless river, and the humid climate constitutes a layer of green vegetation, which is beautiful; What is particularly surprising is that there are many stones in the canyon dyed red by red moss, large and small, continuous and very distinctive. It's a pity that the sky is too dark and the light is too dark, otherwise, just these unique stones can allow us to take many "beautiful" photos.
In the evening, we arrived at the county seat of Danba County, which is a small town with no characteristics, and the conditions and services [especially the service] of the county government hotel we stayed in were very bad, and it is recommended that all "donkey friends" do not stay here. The best hotel in Danba is called "Beauty Valley Hotel", which is known to the locals.
The next morning, we went to visit the Qiang watchtower not far from the county seat, which was not far away, but it took a lot of time. Because climbing from the river valley to the watchtower built halfway up the mountain consumed a lot of our strength, and when we finally entered these mysterious and famous watchtowers, we were more disappointed and out of breath. It is recommended that when you admire the watchtower, you can stand on the side of the road and pull it over with a telephoto lens to take a few photos, which not only saves time and physical strength, but also saves the so-called "ticket" of 15 yuan per person.
After lunch, we headed from Danba to Siguniang Mountain, which is only seventy or eighty kilometers apart. There was no remarkable scenery on the way, only the "meeting bridge" of the First and Fourth Fronts during the Long March of the Red Army, and a short and narrow small wooden bridge lying on a river that was not wide or turbulent, which was really far from the imagination of "majestic".
However, the biggest gain today was to photograph the afterglow of the sunset of Siguniang Mountain and the flag clouds lingering on the top of the mountain. "Cat's nose bridge" is the best place to take pictures of the sunset on Siguniang Mountain. Here we met many audiophiles, and everyone posed for various "guys", creating a lively scene. The afterglow of the sunset of Siguniang Mountain is very beautiful, witnessing the sunset reflected on the snow-capped mountains gradually change from strong to weak, from white to red, under the breeze, it turns into a crimson and ethereal flag cloud, and finally disappears little by little.......
Staying at the best Jinkun Hotel in Siguniang Scenic Area that night, four stars, all aspects of the conditions are very good, take a hot bath, and then taste a full meal of local chicken stew, for us, it is a very beautiful enjoyment.
——It is said that a girl's heart changes when it is said, but I didn't expect that the mountain known as the "Four Girls" will also change: yesterday it was still full of sunsets, but this morning I saw heavy snow!
Entering the Shuangqiaogou Scenic Area, I originally wanted to enjoy the plan to enjoy those famous snow-capped mountains completely ruined, because I couldn't see anything beyond ten steps. However, the silver-clad Shuangqiaogou shows us another rare and charming scene.
On October 23, the plan for this day is to travel to Lixian via Wenchuan in order to visit Miaro, China's largest autumn foliage scenic spot, the next day.
Withan area of 360 square kilometers, Miaro is the largest autumn leaf scenic spot in China found so far, where the mountains are continuous, rivers crisscross, and the scenery in all seasons is very pleasant, especially famous for the magnificent autumn leaves and strong Qiang customs.
The autumn leaves here are described as overwhelming and overwhelming, which is not an exaggeration at all. Every year from mid-October, red and yellow leaves pour down from the top of the towering mountains to the deep valleys, turning the entire Miaro into a colorful and beautiful world.Standing at the angle of backlight, pointing the camera at the glowing red leaves under the sunlight, that happy feeling is probably only truly experienced by people who are as immersive as me!
According to the locals, the time of autumn leaves all over the mountains is very short, usually the first frost after October, and the leaves turn from green to yellow overnight, and evolve into crimson within three days; When the second frost falls, soon only the ground is full of remnants of leaves and a tree of dead branches. Because it is rare to catch up with this moment, the only thing we do not hesitate to do here is a lot of film.
Another gain from this trip is that on the way to Hongyuan County, the hinterland of the Maoergai Prairie in western Sichuan, we saw countless yaks for the first time:
Walking through the hinterland of the Maoergai grassland, the scenery that made our hearts flutter the most, is a large herd of yaks roaming freely on the grassland, when the sun set, we finally couldn't help but stop the car and took out all kinds of "guys", trying to take pictures of the spectacular scene of "ten thousand cattle galloping" in the western United States, unfortunately the angle is too low, and I can't find a commanding height as far as the surrounding eyes can reach, in desperation, I really realized what it means to "heaven does not follow people's wishes"......
Early the next morning, we were still hoping for "ten thousand cattle galloping", but the grassland of Yima Pingchuan still made us leave the red plains with the regret of "the sky does not follow people's wishes".
From Lixian County to Hongyuan County via Miaro, most of the time is driven on the endless grassland, which is very famous in history. After Mao Zedong and Zhang Guotao turned their faces, the soldiers of the Red Army, who led a small number of but determined soldiers, spent about a week to wade through this grassland that "devoured the lives of countless Red Army soldiers like the devil" at a high cost, thus making this grassland the most difficult natural obstacle conquered by the Red Army during the Long March, and became famous all over the world. ——I don't know if it's an exaggerated description or a change in climate, anyway, I didn't see the "damn swamps" that devoured the lives of the Red Army, the grasslands of Yima Pingchuan were dry and cool, and God knows where the Red Army soldiers encountered the "damn swamps".
Hongyuan County should be a relatively remote place in Sichuan, but I didn't expect its accommodation conditions to be very good, and the newly completed county government hotel was good in all aspects.
