The entrance fee is a bit expensive, but the scenery is beautiful. There is a section that requires walking down the mountain to get closer to the sea, but the elderly in my family can't walk and the children don't want to walk. Without someone to accompany us, we didn't go down.
The entire scenic area circled along the coast and returned to the starting point. There are many air-raid shelters on the mountain, which may have been where cannons were stored in the past.
The island is a great place to watch the sunrise, and there are combined tickets with the monks. Be sure to check the weather forecast to watch the sunrise, otherwise it will be a wasted trip.
Liujing Lighthouse, a popular check-in spot, is an excellent location for watching the sunrise over the sea. It has a joint ticket system with the Heshangtao Scenic Area and provides a free shuttle bus.
The main purpose of coming here is to watch the sunrise. You can charter a car through the hotel. We were not very lucky that day. The sky was cloudy and the sun did not appear until it was halfway up the sky.
A combined ticket for Liujingtan and Heshangtao is available for 100 yuan per person. After 3:30 pm, you can purchase just the Liujingtan ticket. This combined ticket includes transportation between the two scenic areas. Before entering, ask for the shuttle bus schedule to minimize waiting time. The last bus from Liujingtan to Heshangtao departs at 4 pm, so if you arrive late, be sure not to miss the last bus.
Many people say the scenery at these two places is similar, but I think they're completely different. Liujingtan is actually all about seeing the lighthouse, and there's not much else to see besides that. Heshangtao is mainly about seeing the ocean and the reefs. I personally feel lucky I didn't give up on Heshangtao because it's truly beautiful and worth a visit.
✏Stay nearby #蓝月海小庄#💗💗💗💗, 8 minutes by car, 15-20 minutes on foot
✏The sun is still very strong in early October, so remember to take sun protection measures.
✏The highlight is the lighthouse, and the rest of the sea view is just for enjoyment
✏Some cobblestone roads require going up and down without steps, so it is recommended to wear thick-soled and comfortable walking shoes for easier walking.
The sheer cliffs, the strange reefs and rocks, the roar of the tide, and the vast East China Sea are all magnificent. The only regret is that the sea is golden.
I was most looking forward to taking a photo with the white water tower, but it takes about halfway to get there. The trail gets more difficult each time, so parents with children should think twice before going, as climbing with children in their arms is a real challenge.
After entering the gate, there is a sightseeing bus for 5 yuan per person, but it can only drive 800 meters. You can get on the bus and experience it. Also, be sure to save your energy, as the scenery is beautiful and the road is long.
Spectacular is beyond words. You have to see it with your own eyes to feel it. I envy the people on the outlying islands.
After visiting Goji Island, I came to Shengsi Island and found the scenery here not very attractive. You can feel the color of the sea for yourself...
When I saw the wooden sign that said "Blue Coast", I thought, is this definitely not false advertising?
Where else is this sea blue? Are you sure it's not the "yellow coastline"?
The ticket for Liujingtan is 50 yuan. I originally planned to go to Heshangtao for a tour after watching the sunrise, but the tickets sold before 7:30 were tickets for a single attraction. The ticket for Heshangtao required another 100 yuan. After 7:30, the combined ticket for Liujingtan and Heshangtao was sold, which was much cheaper.
In August 2013, I went with three friends~
It was a super hot morning. I casually bought train and boat tickets from Shanghai to Shengsi, and found a hotel on the spot.
I didn't even bother planning a trip, but I just came to this popular spot. It's said to be very close to Japan. The sea is beautiful even from a distance.
It was so hot in the sun~ There were only three of us walking the whole time - -
My friend booked tickets on Tongcheng the next day. The off-season is cheaper. The combined ticket is 70💰 in the off-season and 100💰 in the peak season. It includes the two attractions of Liujingtan and Heshangtao. The entrance and exit of Liujingtan are through the same gate. During the peak season, there will be a shuttle bus to and from the gate. This time we were picked up by the driver the whole way. It was great~
We went to Liujingtan first. The scenic area is not big and can be walked through in just over an hour. There are many air-raid shelters left by the People's Liberation Army on the island. As the island closest to Japan, it was not liberated when the whole of China was liberated in 1949. It was finally liberated in 1950. Curious kids can go in and take a look. The scenery on the mountain is still very good. I took a lot of photos here~
I heard that the sunrise at the lighthouse is also very good. Friends who don’t have difficulty getting up can get up early to watch the sunrise, stand at the easternmost end of the entire island, and wait for the sun to rise from the sea.
The view is wide and it is a good place to enjoy the sunrise, but the mountain road is not easy to walk on, so children should pay special attention to safety. The design is relatively reasonable and there is no need to go back.
The Liujingtan Scenic Area in Shengsi is located on the easternmost side of Shengsi Island and is a collection of reef cliffs.
After three days and many twists and turns, we finally arrived at Huaniao Island at 2 pm that day. It was past the peak season and it was very quiet and comfortable. We slept on the island for three days.
For several years, I have been visiting my old friend's homestay, Donghai Fishing Village Leyuan Pavilion Hotel, in Shengsi. Every time I visit the Liujing Tan Monk Scenic Area, climbing the mountain can also help lose weight. Shengsi's attractions are too monotonous. I hope to see new attractions next year. I recommend the owner's WeChat ID 18768096930. I hope you can use it.
Liujingtan is best visited early in the morning! There's a lighthouse in the scenic area, and the sunrise is stunning! I went there at noon, but any photo I took was beautiful.
The biggest feature of Liujingtan is watching the sunrise over the sea, so friends who like to watch the sunrise can go and have a look. You can also buy a single ticket if you get up early, which costs 40 yuan per ticket. Because I couldn't get up in the morning, and I didn't see the sunrise last time I went to Dongji Island, I wasn't that interested in getting up early. I went there in the afternoon and bought a package ticket with the monk. I felt the price was a bit expensive, at 100 yuan. You can book it a day earlier on China-TravelNote and Meituan for a 10 yuan discount. The biggest feature of Liujingtan is the white lighthouse. Since we went there on National Day, there were quite a lot of people, so I didn't get any good photos. I recommend it to friends who like taking pictures. It's a good place to take pictures and relax. As for transportation, if you live near the Donghai Fishing Village, it's not far to take a taxi. I still recommend renting an electric car to travel around, which is more comfortable. Those who drive themselves don't have to worry about it.
The commanding heights make it a great place to watch the sunrise, and the scenery is picturesque.
The scenery here is pretty good. The lighthouse is an iconic building and the photos taken there are pretty good.
We arrived a little late, so we couldn't buy the combined ticket for the Monk's Set. Friends who want to go to the Monk's Set should remember to go early.
It is a great place to watch the sunrise over the sea, and the white lighthouse is also the symbol of the island.
There are no public facilities.
The scenery is so beautiful, it's the best place to watch the sunrise. But the transportation is not convenient, you have to hire a car to go there. There is still a long way from the gate to the lighthouse. Most tourists go to watch the sunrise, but the shuttle bus in the scenic area is not running in the morning.
I got up early to watch the sunrise. The whole area was very clean and tidy. The white lighthouse with unique scenery made me feel like I was in Okinawa.
However, there are many people watching the sunrise, so it is recommended to come early to grab a favorable terrain.
Sunrise viewing ticket: 40 yuan/person
I went there during the Mid-Autumn Festival this year, and it happened to be a typhoon, so there were very few people. Initially, all the scenic spots were closed due to the typhoon, but after I bought my ferry ticket, I learned that it would be operating normally the next day. So, I only had a limited time to explore the scenic area. I'm so glad I went; it was well worth it. I plan to go back sometime. I also visited Goji Island and Dongji Island.
I bought a combined ticket at Liujingtan and headed along the plank road. The rain was getting heavier. Below the plank road was the ocean, which I imagined would be beautiful on a clear day. There were multiple openings on the plank road that allowed me to descend closer to the ocean, where I could see the reefs and the waves. Further paths branched off, each branching off into another, but they were all short and easy to walk. A small lighthouse perched on the shore ahead was the most distinctive feature of the area. You could climb up to the lighthouse and gaze down at the sea, its jagged rocks and crashing waves.
Walking along the plank road, the weather is bad, the wind is strong, and it is very cold——
Liujingtan is smaller than Heshangtai. I went there during the off-season and was able to stroll around and enjoy the sea breeze. There wasn't much to see.
Feel the sea breeze, walk on the wooden boardwalk, and just walk and look around.
Blue skies, sea, and white clouds—all in Shengsi, not far from Shanghai! Liujingtan is the most picturesque spot on Sijiao Island, the main Shengsi island. With its turquoise sea and unique reefs, jagged rocks, steep cliffs, and crashing waves, it's the perfect spot to watch the sunrise and the thousands of boats at sea. Early in the morning, standing on the edge of Liujingtan, facing the vast East China Sea, quietly waiting for the eastern sky to brighten. At the far end of the sea, the crimson sun bursts forth, illuminating the sea in crimson. From head to toe, an indescribable excitement and thrill fills me. Thousands of fishing boats sail towards the East China Sea, meeting the sun and creating a magnificent spectacle. After sunrise, walk along the cliffside boardwalks to watch the waves and the tide. When the sea is gentle, the waves embrace the reefs, rising and falling, almost like lovers. When it roars, the raging waves swallow up the boulders, the rapids crash against the cliffs, and the cascading snow creates a thousand piles of snow, making the thousands of reefs and rocks appear to vanish into thin air.
Liujingtan is located at the northeasternmost corner of Sijiao Mountain on Shengsi Island. Tickets are bundled with the Heshangtao scenic area for 100 yuan (though morning sunrise tickets are available for 50 yuan each). The scenery is pleasant, but the area is small; the circular plank path walk takes about an hour. The electric car from the entrance to the dragon chair costs 5 yuan per person, but there's no need to take it; the walk only takes 15 minutes, and you can see two air-raid shelters along the way.
This sea-viewing destination will definitely not disappoint you. We recommend going there in the morning to watch the sunrise, with thousands of boats setting sail, creating a magnificent spectacle. If the weather is good, with blue skies and white clouds, you can sit on the sea-viewing terrace with a cup of coffee (please bring your own), and that's how wonderful life is.
The scenery is really good, and there is no one there in the morning, so there are no people taking photos, which is great.
I just saw the lighthouse. I only remember that there was a cold drink store at the toll booth. I ate two salt water popsicles. They were the best salt water popsicles I've ever had.
Liujingtan is located on the easternmost side of the main island of Sijiao in the Shengsi Islands, facing the vast East China Sea. It is the best place to watch the sunrise at sea and see thousands of boats competing. It is the core scenic area of Shengsi's original ecological blue coast leisure tourism and holiday belt.
The main thing is the lighthouse. There is a plank road, and it's okay to watch the sea from the railing.
Watching the sunrise over the sea on Shengsi Island is at Liujingtan, a perfect spot for photography enthusiasts. Needless to say, the scenery is breathtaking...
However, if you only want to see the sunrise, the ticket time is limited. If you want to continue playing in Liujingtan, you must renew the ticket.
My bestie got married in Shengsi, so I had the opportunity to visit this scenic spot. Shengsi has the bluest water in Zhoushan. The scenery outside the car window on the way there was already beautiful. The walking trails in the scenic area are all very well done. The lighthouse and air-raid shelter in the scenic area are very stylish!
I'd mentioned getting up early to watch the sunrise, which is also great! It was just too cold when I went, so no one wanted to get up early. If you have a Zhoushan Citizen Card, you can rent a bicycle. Shengsi offers mountain bikes, too! There's also a return point at the entrance to Liujingtan Scenic Area, which is quite convenient!
The best place to watch the sunrise is a lighthouse at the end of the cliff. The sun rises behind the lighthouse, which is very beautiful. The only downside is that there seems to be no toilet in the scenic area. I don’t know if it is somewhere else or there is really no toilet.
Liujingtan, located on the easternmost side of Sijiao Island in the Shengsi Archipelago, faces the vast East China Sea. It's the perfect spot for watching the sunrise and thousands of boats race out to sea, forming the core of Shengsi's pristine blue coast leisure and vacation belt. Early in the morning, standing at the edge of Liujingtan, quietly waiting for the eastern sky to brighten as the crimson sun bursts forth from the horizon, illuminating the sea in crimson, fills one with an indescribable sense of excitement. Meanwhile, thousands of fishing boats sail toward the East China Sea, meeting the crimson sun and creating a spectacular spectacle.
Located on the eastern tip of Sijiao Island, the Six Wells Pond is named for its six deep-sea pools. A wooden corridor rises like a ladder to heaven, blending the majestic sea-eroded landforms with towering peaks and cliffs, creating a breathtaking spectacle of sea and mountain scenery. Construction preserved its pristine landscape and the charm of returning to nature, transforming it into a marine ecotourism destination offering activities such as exploration, camping, and reef fishing. Six Wells Pond is a truly exceptional spot for watching the sunrise over the sea. Watching the crimson sun break through the sea at dawn on a clear day is a breathtaking experience.
It's worth a walk, the seaside boardwalk and lighthouse are beautiful.
The environment is pristine, and the service is a weakness. This is a good place to watch the first ray of sunshine, the sea and the sky are connected, and wait for the yolk.
Liujingtan is a very nice place. If you happen to encounter a sunny day, you can see the blue sky, white clouds and blue sea you want. I love this place. Some people walk and some take the small tour bus, so it doesn't feel crowded. The scenery is postcard-like, with mountains, water and ships coming and going. It is a must-see attraction when visiting Shengsi Island.
It was really hot walking on such a hot day. But looking at the blue sky and the sea along the way really made me feel relaxed. It was so beautiful.
There is direct transportation between Liujingtan and Heshangtao, which is very convenient.
2012.08
Just like the monk set, a place to see the sea and the lighthouse. It would be great if the entire area could be opened!
In the early morning, standing on the edge of Liujingtan, quietly waiting for the eastern sky to brighten, the crimson sun bursting out from the far end of the sea, illuminating the sea in crimson, and filling me with an indescribable excitement from head to toe. Meanwhile, thousands of fishing boats sail towards the East China Sea, facing the crimson sun, creating a spectacular sight.
When the sun rises across the sky, my heart is about to melt
After sunrise, I found the lighthouse. It was beautiful and quiet. It just stood there quietly, waiting for the people to return.
The highlight here is the lighthouse. The overall scenery is not as good as the monk suite.
After breakfast, we shared a car to Heshangtao and Liujingtan. Tickets cost 100 yuan per person. Transportation was difficult, so we had to call a taxi. Sharing a car was cheaper, averaging 20 yuan per person for a round trip. The scenery was great. Visiting both scenic spots was tiring. Actually, visiting only Liujingtan would have been enough.
The scenery of Liujingtan is indeed very nice, with reefs and waves. Unfortunately, I couldn’t see the sunrise that day, I only saw a little red light.
When visiting an island, you absolutely must watch the sunrise. If you're in Shengsi, I highly recommend watching the sunrise over Liujingtan. The sunrise over Liujingtan is truly stunning. If you're planning to go, schedule a chartered car the night before and arrive around 5:00 PM. Unlike watching the sunrise from the mountains, this is truly stunning, with occasional passing fishing boats creating a breathtaking spectacle. After watching the sunrise, you can also explore Liujingtan.
The paid attraction closed too early and I couldn't take pictures of the starry sky, so I didn't go in. The ticket price is 40 yuan. It is far from the Donghai Fishing Village, so it is recommended to rent a car or a bicycle to go there.
This scenic spot has different time periods. If you just want to watch the sunrise, you can set off at around 4 am and leave the scenic area at around 6 am. The ticket is 40 yuan per person. If you go after 7 am, you will need a package ticket for the Liujingtan and Heshang scenic spots. You cannot buy them separately. The package ticket is 100 yuan per ticket, so you can choose according to your own situation.
In comparison, the Liujingtan Scenic Area is more mature than the Heshangtao Scenic Area, with more spectacular scenery and a larger area.
The scenery is great. Facing Jieshi in the east and overlooking the vast ocean, you can feel Cao Cao's feelings at that time.
We set off for Liujingtan, still following the mountain path. It's said to be the best place to watch the sunrise. The 2018 Shengsi Island Travel Guide (including transportation, accommodation, attractions, etc.) is now available. + WeChat ID: Xixi Loves to Eat Fish. Reply to Shengsi to add it to your collection. Super gorgeous! Highly recommended!
We went to Liujing Xiantan to watch the sunrise early in the morning, but the clouds were too thick and we couldn’t see it clearly.
The scenery is also pretty good, at least more beautiful than I imagined. Walking on the plank road, I can hear the sound of waves hitting the rocks and see the waves rushing in, splashing and falling, over and over again.
It takes at least four hours to go with the monks. The scenery is comparable to Kenting in Taiwan. An unexpected surprise - a paradise on earth, a paradise on earth. Recommended
The Liujingtan Scenic Area & Monk Package is a combined ticket, both of which include coastal plank roads. The scenery is very, very good. This is the lighthouse of Liujingtan, which is very beautiful.
The plank road that winds along the cliffs and the seaside goes up and down and around. If you don't have enough strength, you should practice first.
In the early morning, standing at the edge of Liujingtou, quietly waiting for the eastern sky to brighten, the red sun bursting out from the end of the sea, illuminating the sea surface red, and I was filled with an indescribable excitement from head to toe. Thousands of fishing boats sailed towards the East China Sea facing the red sun, a spectacular sight.
Liujingtan was the only attraction we visited on this trip. With a combined ticket for both, there was a free bus service between them. It wasn't until later that I realized the two attractions were just a series of hilltops. The first one was a winding, suspended wooden plank road along the cliffs by the sea. At first, I wasn't afraid, but then I joked with my baby that she'd be scared when her grandma arrived. As I was saying that, I began to imagine what would happen if the supporting pillars broke... I really wanted to turn back, but I couldn't. The unknown scenery captivated me to its fullest. And I couldn't show it in front of my baby; it would be disastrous if I caused him to panic. Alas, being a mother is not easy. I gritted my teeth, swallowing my fear and moving forward step by step. My baby walked on the outside, and I walked on the inside. Who told her to like sightseeing? It wasn't until I asked the bus driver later that I learned that the lighthouse was at another scenic spot. Following the bus, we arrived at what people call "Monk's Trap". Although it was my first time visiting, I had heard of the "Six Wells Pond" and "Monk's Trap" a long time ago. As a result, when I arrived at this scenic spot, I almost went blind. There was a big stone at the door with several big red characters "Six Wells Pond Scenic Area" written on it. Damn, didn't you all say that the one just now was Six Wells Pond, and now we are going to play Monk's Trap? ? The hotel owner also said that there are six wells in Six Wells Pond... Don't the locals understand?
Liujingtan is still worth a visit, but Heshangtao is not so interesting. Maybe it’s because many attractions were not open when I went there.
Located on the easternmost side of Shengsi Island, facing the vast East China Sea, it is the best place to watch the sunrise over the sea and see thousands of boats competing.
The trail winds and curves, offering a breathtaking view at every step. Here you can admire the bizarre reefs and rocks, as well as the ever-changing scenery of the sea.
I bought a package from Heshangtao, which includes a shuttle bus between the two places. It's just a small place, not much to see, and it only takes 5 minutes to walk to the end. Then you can walk down the stairs, there are some cliffs, and this is the place to watch the sunrise.
It's a very beautiful place. The ticket is a combined ticket, a total of 100 yuan, but it's worth a visit! !
The lighthouse is the highlight. I was so lucky to watch the sunrise at 4am. I saw the red sun rise and turn into gold. It was so beautiful.
Liujingtan and Heshangtao are really beautiful, and they are only 50 yuan with a student ID. You must go. Just keep going along the road. I love the white tower so much. The sea level is so beautiful and the water quality is pretty good.
Because we only had 3 hours, we ran around the huge scenic area and took photos crazily. Maybe it was late autumn, so there were very few tourists here. We ran, sang, shouted loudly, and took photos of each other... It was so pleasant! The beautiful sea view was everywhere, but it was a pity that the fishy sea breeze made us shrink our necks.
If you have time, walking in to see the scenery is also a good option. Walking along the wooden plank road, you will be overlooking the cliffs below, with the sound of the tide in your ears. Here you can fully appreciate the strange reefs and rocks and the ever-changing sea.
Facing the sea and the breeze, with the lighthouse by my side, and enjoying the beautiful scenery with my friends, I feel very happy.
It was almost 5 a.m. when we arrived at Liujingtan after circling most of the island. The day was cloudy, so the sunrise wasn't sharp. The sky was already bright in the hazy darkness. A wooden plank road meandered down the rock face to the sea, stained with the kisses of wind and rain.
The air here makes you want to take a deep breath, lean out and embrace this wave of freedom.
I like the white lighthouse here for no reason, especially against the backdrop of the calm sea in the morning.
My biggest concern about Liujingtan is the lighthouse. I walked around it for about an hour and a half, and along the way, I met a cleaning man who told me to be careful when I was on my own. Haha, thank you to those kind strangers. Looking down from the dragon chair and the lighthouse, it was really dangerous. Thinking back to the uncle's advice, I didn't dare to go to the six pools below to see them o(╯□╰)o. My personal suggestion: walk to the lighthouse, then turn back and go to the six pools below. After all, this is the basis for the name of Liujingtan and is the main scenic area. I walked along the road near the lighthouse for a long time, and it was a pity that I didn't see the six pools below.
Liujingtan, located at the easternmost tip of the island, is arguably Shengsi Island's most famous attraction, best known for its white lighthouse and the sunrise over the East China Sea. Tickets are available for entry: 50 yuan (adults) for the 4:00-6:00 period, and 100 yuan on weekdays. For sunrise viewing, you'll generally need to leave at 4:30.
We walked along the boardwalk to the end of the seaside path and arrived at the white lighthouse, which is not only the landmark of Liujingtan, but also the best place to watch the sunrise. It was worth the trip, as we saw a perfect sunrise over the sea.
Watching the sunrise is a process of truly experiencing the flow of time. Watching the morning light drive away the darkness and the sky gradually change color. The clouds on the horizon change into different colors under the morning light. A red sun jumps out of the sea level, separates from the sea water, and rises slowly. The sea water reflects the golden and brilliant light, soft and warm, until it dyes the clouds and the sky red. A beautiful, brand new, and wonderful day begins under the dazzling light.
