Introducing Nianbao Yuze

Nianbao Yuze (also known as Nianbao Yesheze), the birthplace of the "Guolok Mountains," is located within Suohurima Township and Baiyu Township in Jiuzhi County, Qinghai Province. Nianbao's main peak is covered in snow year-round, with a plateau glacier covering approximately 8 square kilometers. The main peak, at an altitude of 5,369 meters, is shrouded in mystery by its spectacular ice, sheer cliffs, and 180 lakes. Nianbao Yuze, the birthplace of the three Guoluo tribes, boasts turbulent streams and clear flowing water. Small trickles cut through the rocks, tumbling through the rubble, spewing out countless streams of white foam.

Waterfalls cascade down from the horizon like white curtains, shimmering down to earth like the Milky Way. Ever since orogeny shaped the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau eons ago, a renowned peak has gradually risen in the southeastern Bayankala Mountains. This peak, Nianbao Yuze, is located in Jiuzhi County and is revered as the birthplace of Golog.
