Yipu, also known as Zuiyingtang and Yaopu, is located at No. 5 Wenya Lane in front of Tianku, inside Changmen, Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province. It was first built during the Jiajing period of the Ming Dynasty (1541).

Yiyuan Garden covers a total area of ​​approximately 3,300 square meters, with the majority occupied by residential buildings and approximately 1,300 square meters of garden space. The residential area is located in front of Yiyuan Garden. To the west of the residence lies a garden covering over 3,000 square meters. Courtyards are located between the front and back halls of the residential area, connected by a brick-carved gatehouse.
