Fujian Shangjinbei Scenic Area is located in Shangjinbei Village, Jinhan She Ethnic Township, Jiaocheng District, Ningde City, Fujian Province, 6 kilometers away from the center of Ningde City, with an altitude of 325 meters. It has beautiful scenery. It is a four-star rural tourism business unit in Fujian Province, a national ethnic minority characteristic village, a national civilized ecological village, and a national AAA scenic spot.

The scenic area houses the mausoleum of Emperor Jianwen, the second emperor of the Ming Dynasty. This ancient mausoleum, resembling both a pagoda and a tomb, has become a popular historical exploration destination. Jinchu Temple was built in the eighth year of the Tang Dynasty's Dazhong reign (854 AD), 1,153 years ago, over a century before Zhiti Temple. Lin Cong, the Ming Dynasty Minister of Justice, studied in the temple as a teenager, and Emperor Jianwen once retreated here to become a monk.
