Linggu Cave is located at the southern foot of Shiniu Mountain, approximately 30 kilometers southwest of Yixing City, and only 6 kilometers from Zhanggong Cave. The cave covers over 8,300 square meters and is over 1,200 meters long. Its interior is an irregular 180-degree semicircle, with a peak of 9 meters and a minimum of -6 meters. Known for its "mountains within a cave, a splendid spectacle," it is known as the "Linggu Heavenly Abode."
