People's Park, located in the political and cultural center of Xinyi City, Xuzhou, is a large urban ecological landscape park embodying the garden style of southern China and the regional cultural characteristics of Xinyi. It integrates seamlessly with the city's central canal landscape. As an open park integrating ecology, leisure, science, and humanities, it offers an ideal venue for citizens and tourists to engage in themed education, enjoy recreation, and connect with nature.

The park adopts the natural garden layout method, diverting water according to the terrain, building buildings, and placing twists and turns. Pavilions, terraces, bridges, and corridors are all in their proper places; pools, springs, rocks, and paths are all ingenious; there are also strange rocks and sweet springs, cultural relics and historical sites, etc., with beautiful scenery and unique style. Currently, there are four theme squares: Xinyi, Luanyin, Youth, and Innocence.

The park boasts eight scenic spots: the welcoming waterfall, Wanchun Bridge, Tingyu Pavilion, Zhichun Lake, Fenghe Sunset, Deyue Tower, Meiting Pavilion, and Xiushui Bridge. The park also features rockery, a lake, an island in the center of the lake, a circular path, a plastic playground, a wooden plank road, a waterfront platform, an ecological revetment, ancient trees, colorful lighting, a cultural wall, and a cultural corridor, all complementing the scenic spots.
