Jiabang Terraces

The village's wooden buildings are simple and quaint, surrounded by dense forests. The villagers are all Miao, and their clothing is primitive, with unique hairstyles, often described as "Qin-era hairstyles, Han-style fashion." The most distinctive feature of Basha is the makeup and hairstyle of Miao men. Basha men attach great importance to their bun, which is the most important gender marker in male attire.

Xiaohuang Dong Village

Xiaohuang Dong Village is the collective name for the three administrative villages of Xiaohuang, Gaohuang, and Xinqian. Xiaohuang is surrounded by verdant mountains, with its stilt wooden buildings nestled against the water. The village has retained its original appearance, and many ancient customs have been well preserved, including the singing of the grand song.
