
Sanqiu Vinegar Garden, located in Sanqiu Industrial Park, Shuitun Town, Zhumadian City, is the only tourist park in Henan Province with vinegar culture as its theme. It is a comprehensive tourist and leisure resort integrating aged vinegar production, vinegar culture and technology, the history of vinegar, Leizu culture, Chongyang culture, Liang Zhu culture, red culture, celebrity calligraphy and painting, and other Zhumadian humanities and history, health care, tourism and catering, and ecological garden leisure.
The entire park, embodying the Huizhou style of architecture, captures the essence of the mountainous landscape and integrates the essence of local customs and culture. Its unique and ingenious design creates a seamless fusion of modernity and ancient charm. The museum houses a diverse collection of vinegar-making and farming tools from various periods, showcasing Zhumadian's rich historical and cultural heritage through images, photographs, calligraphy and paintings, and displays of actual products.
Sanqiu Aged Vinegar adheres to a millennium-old traditional vinegar-making process, utilizing solid-state mud pool fermentation. Selected high-quality wheat is steamed and fermented in the pools at high temperatures. Sun-dried in the summer and harvested in the winter, the resulting vinegar is rich in amino acids and other nutrients. After three to five years of aging, the vinegar is finally ready for market. Sanqiu Aged Vinegar combines color , acidity, richness, mellowness, and fragrance , boasting a rich , robust aroma, sourness without astringency, nourishing the skin and stomach, and a long-lasting resistance to spoilage .
