Guangyun Burmese Temple is located on the north side of the main street of Mengdong Town, Cangyuan County. It is commonly known as "Xuetang Burmese Temple". It was built in the Qing Dynasty. The walls and caissons inside the hall are all painted. The 10 murals on the walls of the hall, totaling 48 square meters, are well preserved and contain Buddhist stories and landscape paintings.
The architectural style is more influenced by the Han architectural style, retaining the basic form of Theravada Buddhist temples. It is an organic combination of the Han architectural appearance and the Dai courtyard interior decoration, and has a unique architectural art style.
