Introducing Elephant Lake Park

Elephant Lake, formed by the confluence of the Nanjiang, Beijiang, Dongjiang, and Xijiang Rivers, as well as Qingshan Lake, is a picturesque tourist destination. Its shape resembles an elephant, hence its name. The Wanshou Palace, located on a small island in the lake, covers approximately 60 mu and is known as the "Blessing Island." The complex, covering approximately 4,600 square meters, houses the Nanchang Wanshou Palace, a Taoist shrine of the Zhengyi School. Standing like a pearl within the Xianghu Scenic Area, it is often called the "Sacred Scenic Spot."

The Xianghu Scenic Area is carefully constructed through points, lines, surfaces and belts. In addition, the lake surface is shimmering and green, the willows on the embankment are swaying, and the high pavilions, secluded woods, ancient city walls and lotus ponds complement each other, forming a whole that fully displays the beautiful scenery of the Jiangnan water town.
