Xining Huangshui Forest Park is located on Xichuan South Road, Chengxi District, Xining City. The park is a construction project of Xining City to accelerate the planning and construction of the Da Nanshan ecological green barrier, rationally layout and build mountain parks in areas with good greening foundations, and form a green landscape system of Da Nanshan.

The construction scope of Xining Huangshui Forest Park starts from Huoshaogou in the east, extends to the boundary of the original Huangshui Forest Farm in the west, and is bounded by Jiefang Canal in the north. It covers a total area of ​​1,385 mu, including 8,413 square meters of building area, 44,028 square meters of road and square area, 11,250 square meters of water area, 891,360 square meters of green area, and a total construction investment of 20 million yuan.
