Luqing Park and People's Park are separated by a wall. Now it has been completed and put into use. It is a good place for Xining people to relax and exercise. There is a bicycle lane along the Huangshui River. Although the scale and design are a bit small, it is not easy to find in Xining. Many citizens come here to play in the morning and evening.

The park is very clean and the river channel is well maintained. There used to be many people walking their dogs, but now there are obviously fewer.
