The Yiliang Luo Binghui Memorial Hall, also known as the General Luo Binghui Memorial Hall, is located on General Mountain, west of Yiliang County, Yunnan Province. Completed in 1991, the three-story building has a floor area of 500 square meters. It houses information on General Luo Binghui's life, documents, and photo exhibitions. It is now a national patriotism and national defense education base.
The exhibition hall is divided into four themes: "Determined to Join the Army for Freedom, Risking Fire to Achieve Extraordinary Victory, Sweeping the Enemy Across the Yangtze and Huai Rivers, and Shedding Blood on the Battlefield, a Legion of History." The exhibition features 126 pieces of text, 205 images, seven editions of books chronicling General Luo Binghui's life and deeds, 33 revolutionary relics, and a bronze statue of him. The General Luo Binghui Memorial Hall is now a national base for patriotism and national defense education.
