Introducing Gudaoling

Gudaoling is one of the five cultural scenic spots in the Qinling Cave Paradise Scenic Area. The scenic area is located at the entrance of Donggangougou in Shiweng Community, Zhashui County, 0.5 kilometers away from Zhashui Cave. There are a series of experience projects in the scenic area, including suspended plank roads, post station ruins, glass sightseeing bridge, high-altitude zip line, time and space tunnel, 3D cliff projection show, etc.

Today, some of the plank roads and post stations along the ancient Qin-Chu Road can still be traced. The scenic area has restored several thousand meters of suspended plank roads and post station ruins.

It has a warm temperate semi-humid continental monsoon climate with distinct seasons: cold, warm, dry, and wet. Winters are cold, windy, foggy, and with little rain or snow; springs are warm, dry, windy, and changeable; summers are hot and rainy, with a prominent summer drought and frequent thunderstorms and strong winds; and autumns are cool, with a rapid drop in temperature and significant autumn rain.
