Quyang Lake is a large karst plateau lake reservoir located 28 kilometers northwest of Jingxi County. It covers a total area of 2,469.9 hectares (24.699 square kilometers, or 37,048.5 mu) and has a total reservoir capacity of 92 million cubic meters, of which 15,540 mu (10.36 square kilometers, or 1,036 hectares) is lake surface area. The lake is 15 kilometers long and 1 kilometer wide at its widest point, making it the second largest artificial lake in Baise City.
The lake boasts excellent water quality, boasts more than a dozen islands of varying sizes, and along its shores, the Bahang Mountains, over a thousand meters above sea level, and hundreds of Zhuang stilt houses nestled among lush trees and bamboo. A 30-kilometer cycling trail has been constructed around the lake.
