Located within the Boao Oriental Culture Garden in Boao Town, Qionghai, the Boao Lotus Pavilion is a 600-square-meter exhibition hall dedicated to the lotus. It comprehensively showcases the technology, applications, and history of lotus culture. The Seven Treasures Lotus Pond in front of the pavilion displays 66 varieties of precious lotus, symbolizing the "Six Harmonies (Lotus) in Spring." These include the millennium-old Ichihachi lotus, a symbol of Sino-Japanese friendship.

The Lotus Pavilion's main building, split over two floors, houses six exhibition halls of varying sizes, suitable for hosting a variety of displays. It features three themed exhibition halls: "The Legend of the Great Lotus," "The World of Lotus Culture," and "Lotus of Compassion: Lotus and Buddhism," as well as a fully digital "Lotus Science" exhibition hall and a multi-functional exhibition hall.
