The Meteorite Mountain Nature Reserve is located in the southeast of Shenyang City, Liaoning Province. It is the product of a meteorite shower that occurred over Shenyang 1.9 billion years ago.

There are twenty meteorite concentration areas within an area of ​​nearly 300 square kilometers from Lixiang Town in Dongling to Yaoqianhu Town in Shenyang City.

Among them, there are four meteorites with long axes exceeding 150 meters, making it the longest and largest meteorite shower discovered in the world so far. The largest one is located in Huashitai Mountain, Lixiang Town, Dongling District, with a length of 160 meters and a width of 64 meters.
