Qiniang Mountain is located in Xinda Village, Nan'ao Town, Dapeng New District, Shenzhen. It is the main peak of the South Island of Dapeng Peninsula. It is 869 meters above sea level and is the second highest peak in the mountains in Shenzhen after Wutong Mountain. The mountain is lush with forests and preserves evergreen broad-leaved forests that have not been damaged by humans.

Qiniang Mountain receives abundant rainfall, which makes it prone to cloud formation. The peaks of Yunfeng weave through the boundless sea of ​​clouds, creating an ever-changing scene. Climbing to the top of Qiniang Peak offers spectacular views of the Dongxi and Dongxi beaches, as well as the winding coastline of Dapeng Bay.

Qiniang Mountain is captivating not only for its majestic and verdant peaks, but also for its fascinating legends and stories. Legend has it that seven fairies once wandered here, like rocs perched on the sea. Admiring the beauty, they refused to return to heaven. Upon hearing this, the Jade Emperor summoned the Thunder God to pursue them, but they refused, swearing to die and insisting on remaining on earth. The Emperor, angered, transformed the seven peaks into seven mountains, giving them the name Qiniang Mountain.
