More than 20 miles north of Pujiang County, there is a mountain range. With the mountain range as the boundary, local people call the area north of the mountain "the mountain". The average temperature in the "mountain" is about 3 degrees lower than outside the mountain. In the past, transportation was inconvenient and the economy was also inferior. Pan Zhoujia Village is located deep in the "mountain".
Deep in the mountains of central Zhejiang, this village, once obscure, has now gained widespread fame thanks to its handmade noodles, earning it the nickname "Noodle Village." Every autumn and winter, as long as the weather is clear, villagers hang out their homemade noodles, made the previous night, to dry in the sun. The result is a spectacular waterfall of noodles, with cascading drying racks everywhere. The famous "single noodle" is especially popular, boasting stretches of noodles that can easily be stretched several kilometers long and even used for skipping rope, drawing crowds.
