Introducing Langzhong Tengwang Pavilion

The Tengwang Pavilion is located on Yutai Mountain in the north of Langzhong City. Like the Tengwang Pavilion in Nanchang, it was built by Tengwang Yuanying, the 22nd son of Emperor Gaozu of Tang, Li Yuan. This is the Tengwang Pavilion in Langzhong mentioned in Du Fu's poems.

Inside the cave, there are inscriptions by people from the Southern Song Dynasty. Outside, there are poems by Du Fu, "Tengwang Pavilion," written by Shao Yuan of the Ming Dynasty, and four poems about Yishen Ancient Cave written by Yang Zhan. Notably, beneath the platform stands a Tang Dynasty pagoda with a square base and a four-petal plum blossom-shaped pedestal.

You can take a bus directly to Tengwang Pavilion, and then you have to climb many steps to reach the pavilion, which is a good exercise. After arriving at Tengwang Pavilion, you can look down and see the beautiful scenery of the city on one side and the river on the other side, which is a great place to take pictures.
