Huaguang Tower is an ancient building located in the Old Town district of Langzhong City, Sichuan Province. It straddles the southern end of Dadong Street, between Shanghua Street and Xiahua Street, and covers an area of ​​8 mu (approximately 1.5 acres) with a floor area of ​​150 square meters. Originally built in the Tang Dynasty, it was destroyed by fire during the Daoguang reign of the Qing Dynasty and rebuilt during the Tongzhi reign. Among the existing pavilions in Langzhong, Huaguang Tower is both the earliest and most magnificent, earning it the nickname "The First Tower of Langyuan."

Huaguang Tower is a street-crossing gatehouse, built on a 5-meter-high stone platform. It stands 36 meters tall and has four stories. Its triple-eaved hip roof is covered entirely in emerald green glazed tiles. The ridge is intricately decorated, with figures of humans, animals, and hawks (ancient symbols of hawks) embellished on the ridges. The main ridge features a jewel-shaped, stacked roof, rising 3 meters. Each floor is decorated with flower-patterned doors and is surrounded by a circular perimeter. Inside, miniatures of the "Twelve Towers of Langfan" and paintings and calligraphy by famous figures are displayed. The scenery of the ancient city is breathtaking.
