Located two miles west of Suining City, Guangde Scenic Area, centered around Guangde Temple, boasts nearly 1,400 years of history. Since the founding of the temple by Zen Master Keyou in the first year of Emperor Daizong's Yongtai reign, the area has flourished, producing numerous eminent monks. It was the earliest designated Guanyin temple and imperial Zen monastery by the imperial court in ancient times.

As the dojo of Guanyin and the royal Zen temple, Guangde Temple is revered by people from all over the world, respected by gods and immortals, and is a gathering place for monks of the Six Harmonies. There is an endless stream of believers who come to the temple to make and fulfill their wishes.
