Introducing Garang Lake
Garang Lake is located northwest of Bomi County, Tibet. Beneath the flat terrain of Garang Village lies the mirror-like, emerald waters of Garang Lake. Covering approximately two square kilometers, its shores are lush with aquatic plants and flowers. Here, you'll find the remains of Bomi's renowned Garang Dynasty and the descendants of King Garang. You'll also hear numerous fascinating folk tales.
Standing on the shore and looking down at the lake, the snow-capped mountains, forests, villages and farmlands on all sides are all visible at the bottom of the lake. The surrounding scenery is even more beautiful and magical, which is refreshing and the taste is beyond words.
