Dream Lake, formerly known as Duck Pond, is a natural lake located at the eastern foot of Qixing Mountain in Beitou District. Mist and clouds drift throughout the day, but in summer, the clear waters reflect the blue sky, creating a captivating scene. Hence the name " Dream Lake . "

The water ise, a rare cold-zone plant, grows at the bottom of Fantasy Lake and is listed as a protected species. Due to geographical constraints, access to Fantasy Lake is restricted to the lake's perimeter during the northeast monsoon in winter, requiring approval from the lake management office. Other winding trails are open to the public, offering panoramic views of the lake and a dreamlike landscape of mountains and waters.
