Wei Lihuang's former residence is located in Wei Village, Feihe Town, Baohe District. Only three gatehouses remain in the building complex. The whole building faces north and south, with a layout of three entrances and two courtyards. It is equipped with living facilities such as halls, side rooms, kitchens, inner courtyards, and wells. It is a traditional brick and wood residential building with local characteristics of Hefei. There was originally a three-story blue brick Western-style building in the northeast corner, which no longer exists.
Wei Lihuang's former residence unfolds as a courtyard of Hui-style architecture, constructed with black bricks and tiles. In the northeast corner, a three-story Western-style building stands. The entire residence's outline and layout are perfectly preserved: the main hall, side rooms, Western-style building, patio, and arched door are all present. The well he and his family once used has been preserved, essentially recreating the scene of his childhood with his family.
