The Three Kingdoms History and Culture Museum is located in Xiaoyaojin Park in the northeast corner of the ancient city of Hefei. A bronze statue of four horses stands at the entrance of the museum. The museum is divided into four exhibition halls.
The theme of the first exhibition hall is " A Brief History of the Three Kingdoms " , which mainly introduces the historical background of the Three Kingdoms, the popular stories of the Three Kingdoms, and the causes and consequences of the Three Kingdoms' return to the Jin Dynasty.
The second exhibition hall is themed " Military Affairs of the Three Kingdoms Period " , which mainly introduces some famous battles during the Three Kingdoms period, including " Zhang Liao's Might at Xiaoyaojin " which took place in the Xiaoyaojin Park area at that time . Zhang Liao of Wei defeated Sun Quan's 100,000-strong army with only 800 warriors.
The third exhibition hall, themed " Three Kingdoms Figures , " introduces the heroes of the Three Kingdoms period. The fourth exhibition hall, themed " Three Kingdoms Culture , " showcases the science, technology, literature, and art of the Three Kingdoms period, as well as its representative figures. Replicas of Three Kingdoms artifacts are also on display.
