The flowing bridges and streams reminiscent of Jiangnan water towns, the soaring eaves of Hui-style architecture, and the picturesque rural scenery all feel like stepping into a natural landscape painting, a scene filled with elegance and charm that will leave you reluctant to leave.
Beneath a windmill, pink, white, and rose-red blossoms sway gently in the breeze against a backdrop of green leaves. At the Niujiao Dawei Scenic Area in Hefei's Baohe District, a 40,000-square-meter sea of flowers is in full bloom, attracting tourists from both within and outside the province.
The Niujiao Daxu Spring Flower Sea features four varieties of flowers: sulphur aster, cleome, poppy, and cosmos. Pink, white, rose-red, orange—count them all—there are seven different colors. Tens of thousands of flowers of various colors, planted naturally in sequence, form a vast cosmos pattern. From an aerial view, the cosmos petals formed by the flowers are truly spectacular.
