Airport sit down Breakfast restaurants

I’ll have a 3 hour layover on Southwest and like hot eggs and coffee. Any suggestions for places in our terminal?

With a 3-hour layover at Las Vegas McCarran International Airport (now known as Harry Reid International Airport), you'll have plenty of time to sit down and enjoy a breakfast before your next flight. If you’re craving hot eggs and coffee, here are a few places in your terminal where you can enjoy a satisfying meal:

  • Nacho Daddy (Terminal 1, Concourse C): While primarily known for Mexican fare, Nacho Daddy offers a hearty breakfast menu with options like breakfast burritos and eggs cooked to order. They also have great coffee to pair with your meal.
  • Pei Wei Asian Kitchen (Terminal 1, Concourse D): If you’re looking for something a little different, Pei Wei offers some breakfast options, although it’s a bit more limited. Still, you can grab a coffee and some light breakfast dishes if you’re open to a fusion approach.
  • Eggslut (Terminal 1, Concourse 1): Known for its gourmet breakfast sandwiches, Eggslut is a great place to grab something hot and satisfying. While it's more famous for its sandwiches, they do serve scrambled eggs and other egg-based dishes along with rich, flavorful coffee.
  • Starbucks (Multiple Locations in Terminals 1 and 3): If you're looking for a simple breakfast with eggs, Starbucks offers breakfast sandwiches, including some with scrambled eggs, cheese, and sausage or bacon. It’s also a good place for a hot cup of coffee.
  • The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf (Terminal 1, Concourse C): This is a solid spot for coffee lovers and they offer breakfast pastries as well as a few warm breakfast options, including egg sandwiches. While it may not be as extensive as a full sit-down restaurant, it's a great place for a quick, satisfying breakfast.

Depending on which terminal you’re in, you’ll find a variety of options for breakfast. If you prefer a more classic sit-down experience with eggs and a leisurely pace, Eggslut in Terminal 1 is a great pick. If you’re closer to Concourse C or D, Nacho Daddy and Starbucks are also solid choices. Enjoy your layover and your meal!
