What New Things Shall I Try? Over to you guys!

What new things would you guys like me to try in Vegas this trip so I can report back? I am staying at Fontainebleau and Vdara.

I have lots of time the first four days so if there’s a new slot machine or new place you want me to look at (within reason as long as I can sit at the bar), or just anything you think ‘I’d love to know what’s happening there’ let me know and I’ll try and get there. I will be able to go anywhere really between FB and MB as trying to get steps and need to spend $ in MGM. I will put details in my TR and pics on my instagram.

Goes without saying NOT the Aztec Inn or Green Door 😂

Sounds like you're going to have an amazing time in Las Vegas with lots of opportunities to try new things! Since you're staying at Fontainebleau and Vdara, you've got great access to both the north and south parts of the Strip, making it easy to explore all kinds of new spots. Here are some ideas to consider for your trip:

  • Try a New Slot Machine: Many casinos update their slot machines regularly. Check out the newest, most innovative machines at places like Resorts World or The Cosmopolitan. They often have themed machines or unique bonus rounds that are a lot of fun!
  • Visit Area15: If you haven't already, head to Area15. It's a surreal entertainment complex that combines art, virtual reality, and immersive experiences. You can try the Meow Wolf's Omega Mart, a strange and interactive supermarket, or even check out the House of Eternal Return exhibit for some mind-bending fun.
  • Try a New Cocktail Experience: The Chandelier Bar at The Cosmopolitan is a great place for a drink, but if you're looking for something different, try The Vault at Resorts World for a more private, luxury cocktail experience. They have rare, high-end spirits, and an ultra-cool atmosphere.
  • Check Out the Newest Dining Spots: The Strip is always opening new restaurants. Since you're staying at Vdara, you should check out La La Noodle at ARIA for some innovative Asian cuisine. Or head over to Vanderpump à Paris for a gorgeous dining experience with a Parisian flair.
  • Try the New FlyOver Las Vegas: A new immersive ride that lets you “fly” over some of the world's most famous places. Located at The LINQ, it's an exciting and unique way to experience some of the world's most iconic sights.
  • Secret Pizza at The Cosmopolitan: Not technically new, but always worth revisiting for its speakeasy vibe. It's a hidden pizza spot inside The Cosmopolitan, offering fantastic slices late into the night.
  • Watch the Show at The Sphere: If you're in the mood for something visually stunning, The Sphere at The Venetian has become famous for its immersive visual experiences. Even if you're not going to see a specific show, it's worth checking out the space and seeing what's currently on offer.
  • Explore The Neon Museum: For something a little quieter, check out the Neon Museum, which is a fantastic place to explore the history of Las Vegas through its iconic signs. They often have night tours that are beautifully lit up and a little more atmospheric.

If you have time to explore beyond the typical spots, head to Downtown Las Vegas for a completely different vibe. Fremont Street always has new street performers and pop-up experiences that aren't on the main Strip.

Make sure to grab some great pics for your Instagram and have fun reporting back on all your findings!
