I'm hoping to travel to Maui in June and looking for recommendations on a beach / ocean front studio in Napili bay area under $600 night if possible. Sounds like air conditioning is recommended. I'm looking for an air conditioned unit with beautiful view, close to beach, clean and free from bugs (as much as possible). Luxury not required. Most of the units do not appear to be air conditioned, except Napili Kai. Do the Costco specials allow one to pick the unit at Napili Kai? I am a senior travelling alone. Thank-you
