Fun Dining Experience

My husband and I are traveling to Vegas in May. We’re staying at the Wynn and have a couple of dinners planned at Delilah and Sinatra, but we’re looking for one more dinner on a Sunday night, likely away from the Wynn. My preference is to have a dining experience, not just a meal. Live music is always great, but also performers or an experience is good. I had originally planned Amaya at Cosmo for a Saturday night as they have the fire dancers, but we had to change our Delilah to Saturday so now I’m looking for a replacement.

For reference, on our trip last year we did Mayfair and Beauty and Essex and had a great time at both.

Thanks in advance for your recommendations!

It sounds like you're looking for a unique and entertaining dining experience in Vegas to round out your trip, and I can definitely help with that! Since you’ve already enjoyed places like Mayfair and Beauty & Essex, and you're hoping for something with live music or performers, here are some great options that should fit your criteria for a Sunday night dinner:

  • Vanderpump à Paris (Paris Las Vegas): If you're looking for something truly unique, Vanderpump à Paris offers a chic, elegant atmosphere with a European flair. The restaurant is known for its beautiful décor, and they offer a fun dining experience with a stylish vibe. While not traditionally a "show" dining experience, the atmosphere and the vibe make it a great place to enjoy a lively evening. They also have a beautiful bar area and signature cocktails to make your experience even more fun.
  • The Mayfair Supper Club (Bellagio): Since you’ve already enjoyed Beauty & Essex, The Mayfair Supper Club at Bellagio is a great alternative with a similar vibe. The Mayfair is known for its stunning atmosphere with live music, dancers, and a lavish, vintage supper club experience. The setting itself feels like you're stepping into the 1920s, with a modern twist. It's perfect for a meal and entertainment all in one, and it definitely fits your preference for live music and performers.
  • Bazaar Meat by José Andrés (SLS Las Vegas): If you're looking for something different and more interactive, Bazaar Meat is a culinary experience that offers top-tier meats with theatrical presentations. While dining, you may enjoy a variety of entertainment, such as the "sizzling" presentation of meats or the creative way dishes are presented. It’s not a traditional show, but the way the food is prepared and served creates a dynamic and fun experience for diners.
  • Chandelier Bar (The Cosmopolitan): Though not a full dinner experience, the Chandelier Bar offers a mesmerizing, multi-level venue with live music on the weekends and an incredible cocktail list. If you're in the mood for something a little different, you could pair it with a meal at one of the nearby restaurants in The Cosmopolitan, like STK or Jaleo, where the food and vibe match well with the lively atmosphere of the bar.
  • Absinthe (Caesars Palace): If you're looking for a show that also provides a meal, Absinthe is a must-see. While it's more of a cabaret-style show than a traditional dinner show, it combines acrobats, comedy, and incredible performances with an intimate feel. You can enjoy a cocktail before the show and then be wowed by the performance. It’s definitely a fun dining experience, even though it's not centered around food itself.

Any of these options will provide you with an exciting dining experience and live entertainment. If you’re looking for something with a strong dinner-and-show dynamic, The Mayfair Supper Club or Vanderpump à Paris would likely be your best bets. For a unique and interactive experience, Bazaar Meat or Absinthe will also create a memorable evening. I hope you have a wonderful time in Vegas and enjoy your last dinner as much as the others!
