Las vegas to Orlando

Has anyone done this recently and if so who did you fly from vegas with...we are hoping for direct flight...any help would be great.

Thanks

Flying from Las Vegas to Orlando is quite straightforward as both cities are major hubs, and there are several airlines that offer direct flights. Flight times typically range from 4 hours 15 minutes to 4 hours 45 minutes.

Direct Flight Options

  • Southwest Airlines: Offers multiple daily direct flights from Las Vegas McCarran International Airport (LAS) to Orlando International Airport (MCO). Southwest is known for flexible booking and free checked bags.
  • Spirit Airlines: Provides budget-friendly nonstop flights, but watch out for additional fees for bags and seat selection.
  • Frontier Airlines: Low-cost carrier with direct flights, but similar to Spirit, fees for bags and extras apply.
  • Allegiant Air: Occasionally offers direct flights from LAS to MCO, but schedules may be limited and seasonal.

Booking Tips

  • Check multiple airlines for pricing and schedules to find the best departure time and fare.
  • Book in advance, especially during peak travel periods like summer or holidays, to secure a direct flight.
  • Sign up for alerts on fare comparison sites to catch last-minute deals if your dates are flexible.
  • Consider flight times carefully, as early morning or late evening flights may be less crowded and more comfortable.

Overall, Southwest tends to be the most reliable for frequent direct flights with convenient schedules. Spirit and Frontier can save money but may have less comfort and additional fees.
