The Romantic Legend of Lover's Lake
👩❤️👨The freshwater lake Koruk Lake and the saltwater lake Tosu Lake are connected by the Bayin River and are called "Lover's Lakes". The water here is super blue!
🏞️ They're so close, but the difference is huge! Koruk Lake has rivers flowing in and out, but Tosu Lake only has water flowing in, not out, resulting in a magical phenomenon of one salty and one fresh! (This appears to be a geography question, haha)

Located at the intersection of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and the Loess Plateau, here you can encounter the mirror-like clear Yellow River!
Kanbula National Forest Park is really a niche place. Even Xiaomoushu couldn't find any sharing posts. There are few tourists, but the scenic area is very large. It takes at least one day to visit it.
🔸Crossing the Lijiaxia Reservoir, you can see the red mountains on both sides of the river like burning clouds;
🔸Go to Lingshan Holy Water and see many eagles circling around the strange mountains and rocks
🔸Climb up Lamaogang and take a bird's-eye view of the entire lake and mountains, unlocking the drone's perspective directly;
🔸Hike to Xiaoyaochi and reach the commanding heights to enjoy the 360° view of the red mountains and clear waters.

⚠️ It takes about half an hour to drive to the highest observation deck in the scenic area, but it will take longer if you transfer to the scenic area's arranged transportation. The Likan Road within the scenic area is quite winding, and the most dangerous part can only barely accommodate a small car. It is a test of driving skills, so everyone should drive according to their ability!

🤩National Geographic didn't lie! The most stunning Antelope Canyon isn't in the US! It's in Qinghai! It's undeveloped, with no entrance fee and no commercialization. Just the pristine traces of the Earth's crustal movement.
🚙 Heading south along National Highway 219, you'll see Gobi Desert and snow-capped mountains all the way. Then, you'll turn onto a gravel road. It's a 15km washboard road, so keep your foot on the gas! Once you see the red iron bridge, your destination isn't far away. It's less than a 2km hike into the canyon.
Towering peaks rise on both sides of the Kunlun Grand Canyon, steep cliffs look as if split by a giant's axe. A river rushes endlessly at the bottom of the canyon, its roar deafening and reverberating throughout the valley.
Head upstream along the riverbed into the "One Line Sky" canyon. Sunlight shines through the 50-meter-high cliffs, creating golden beams of light. You can also see the shale texture surging like waves. The stream at the bottom of the valley is cool (cold), and you can even take off your shoes and swim upstream.
🌟Warm reminder: Remember to wear waterproof hiking shoes and spare tights! The river water is meltwater from the snow and is very cold, so be sure to keep warm.

【Go to the ancient temple on the cliff to touch the sky】
🔮It takes about 2 hours from Nangqian to the Gar Monastery, which is located on a cliff at an altitude of 3,700 meters, facing the Grand Canyon and surrounded by snow-capped mountains. It seems like a shining pearl inlaid in the mountains. The hundreds of buildings of the Gar Monastery are irregularly distributed on the hillside.
👉🏻 Tourists who appreciate culture shouldn't miss this largest monastery of the White Sect! With nearly 1,000 years of history, the monastery still maintains a very traditional rhythm of life and religion. The sound of chanting can be heard echoing through the secluded valley. The temple's treasures in the main hall are a pair of prayer wheels—Han Dharma wheels that rotate day and night. Legend has it that they were part of Princess Wencheng's dowry when she entered Tibet.
👉🏻At Gar Monastery, you can often see birds of prey gliding through the canyon, offering great vantage points for overhead shots! You can also spot a variety of forest birds, though it's up to the tourists to discover what they are. Besides birds, the mountains are also home to a wealth of wildlife, including blue sheep, musk deer, and pikas.
⚠️Because of the special geographical location (pay attention to the mountains) and rich biological resources (a large number of birds), aerial photography requires caution. If you are not careful, the drone may be attacked by a bird of prey.
On the way to Gar Monastery, you can also see alpine meadows, ancient salt ponds, canyon forests and forest streams. Your eyes are simply not enough to see them all!
