Amazing Stay at Rixos: A Delightful Experience

We (two sisters) have just returned from an 8-night visit, and it was truly unforgettable. The hotel left us with no room for complaints. We adored everything about the Rixos and sensed it would be an exceptional experience as soon as we arrived. Throughout our stay, the remarkable service and stunning setting continually impressed us. Despite arriving late, a kind receptionist promptly directed us to the restaurant, which was so considerate, and we were amazed by the variety and quality of the turquoise buffet. The service was outstanding too. The staff really elevates the hotel to another level. We had delightful interactions with Renata in the lobby, who was always friendly, kind, and cheerful. Sharpa, Pont, and Hugan were consistently wonderful at breakfast. Sofia excelled in the Turkish Orient restaurant. The door and bell staff were always friendly and efficient in organizing taxis or assisting with bags. The cleaning and maintenance crew does a fantastic job keeping the hotel spotless. We chatted with a friendly lifeguard from Nepal at the spa pool. Patricia served us delightful tea and coffee in the lobby. There are many names I missed, but I have never encountered such professional, amiable, and impressive staff and service throughout a hotel. Undoubtedly, the most unforgettable aspects of the hotel are the staff, its beauty, and the food/drinks. Just wow, we eagerly anticipate returning.
