Colors of Agra Fort

Stepping into Agra Fort, the first thing that hits me isn’t its size—it’s the colors. The deep red sandstone glows under the sun, contrasting with the cool white marble palaces inside. Every wall, every arch, is covered in intricate patterns, like a giant piece of Mughal art.

Walking deeper, I find delicate floral carvings, inlaid gemstones, and lattice windows casting playful shadows. Then, through one of those windows, I see it—the Taj Mahal in the distance. This was Shah Jahan’s last view, locked away by his own son.

History here isn’t just something you read—it’s something you see and feel in every corner. Agra Fort is not just a fortress, it’s a masterpiece.
